For BAYER, we developed a mobile application that enables them to monitor and analyze patients’ adherence to prescribed medication. Their treatment process depends heavily on patient discipline. Without consistent medication use, recovery time can be significantly longer than expected.
For patients who manage their treatment at home, there was previously no oversight of medication use. We created a solution in which data uploaded from a nebulizer is transferred from the patient’s device to a mobile application and then to a central database. We developed a system that monitors the incoming data flow and routes it to the appropriate patient treatment records. In addition to tracking data, users can also report side effects during each patient visit to a medical facility. Aligning operational processes with BAYER’s mobile application and our newly developed web application is key to collecting accurate and complete therapy data within software development apps.
